Scheduling of construction workers, planning and organizing to execute the assigned works efficiently and effectively with coordination of work with other Engineer’s work, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer & others. Schedules and implements a construction program and schedule in order to ensure systematic accomplishment of the various tasks involved. Undertakes a systematic and continuous site inspection to maintain a high level standard of accomplishment. Coordination with Procurement Department for ordering the materials and to follow-up for the delivery of materials at right time. Prepares and submits accurate progress reports and other related reports during all stages of construction. Prepares schedule of work with manpower schedule, construction program, estimates and bill of quantities, labor, equipment and services. Schedules, Formulates and strictly implements the rules and regulations essential to maintain the well being of the work force and others. Perform other tasks and functions as necessary Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
