Requirements:
* 1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 2. Must have Minimum nine (9) years experience related to engineering and design in electric public utility industry particularly in protection design field.
* 3. Must have experience short circuits analysis for transmission network and improvement of system.
* 4. Experienced in daily, hourly load forecast,short term and long term load forecast for the interconnected network.
* 5. Must be experienced in load flow study for the system contingencies and the scheduled outages of transmission / generation equipment.
* 6. Having experience in preparation of single line diagram and their updates for the existing and future expansion of the network.
* 7. Must be experienced in preparation of switching order for the isolation and restoration of all scheduled outages on the network.
* 8. Must be having knowledge of preparation of black start restoration plan for the interconnected network.
* 9. Must have the ability of preparing under frequency load shedding program and carry out the updates regularly.
* 10. experienced in evaluation of generation and transmission upcoming projects from system operation point of view with comments
* 11. Fluent in both written and oral communication in the English language.
* 12. Possess valid Saudi Arabia driving license or from country of origin.
